The Stratford Hills Neighborhood Alliance:

In our digital and often disconnected age, SHNA came together like community action groups always have: around a table at a neighborhood home. Our numbers have continued to grow daily. For now our structure is informal. Our focus is on demanding accountability and real planning from our public officials, this includes ensuring that a Traffic Impact Analysis is part of the permitting process for Sheetz (something Richmond officials insist is unnecessary because it poses no increase in burdensome traffic or risks to pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists) and amplifying our voices so that even the Sheetz corporation gets the message loud and clear.

We are asking questions of our representatives and government officials, doing research, and reaching out to our community. The founders of SHNA recognize the critical need for grassroots advocacy for the sake of our neighborhoods, now and in the future.

Thank you for joining us – let us know how you can help.
